It contains N-acetylcysteine (NAC), a potent ingredient to improve mental health by safeguarding cells from free radical injury and cleansing toxins from the body. L-Theanine, an amino acid, is included to help encourage a state of calm without diminishing the state of alertness during daylight hours.
