Stabilized SAN Na-R-ALA provides the first form of Na-R-ALA in the world. NA-R-ALA is the sodium salt of R-Lipoic Acid (RLA). Compared to ordinary R-ALA, SAN Na-R-ALA is more stable and will not degenerate in extreme heat conditions. It is entirely water-soluble to make it easier for the intestines to absorb it.

New Scientific Medical Research showed that the antioxidant effect of the “R” isomer of Lipoic Acid is more potent than the ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid R/S) effects. The sodium salt of R-ALA is also more easily utilized by the body and consistent compared to Potassium R-ALA. Not to mention it also easily goes to the next cell, which allows for the cell's mitochondria to be protected from being harmed by free radicals. Na-R-ALA undergoes a very complex manufacturing process, but SAN is able to utilize a material that is in excess of 85% pure.

Every serving of SAN Na-R-ALA has 117mg (85% Pure Biosolv Enhance NA-R-ALA) of this active form to make it more than 350% more useful than ordinary alpha lipoic acid (ALA).
