Pure Essence Labs Ionic-Fizz Super D-K Calcium Plus Non-Tart Mixed Berry 420 gr is similar to the Ionic-Fizz Calcium Plus formula, but it also provides 1000 IU of Vitamin D, along with Vitamin K in the ideal menaquinone 7 form. This form of Vitamin K is much more expensive than the standard phylloquinone form, but it is also much more effective in the body. This supplement can be used along with other Pure Essence Labs Vitamin D products, or other vitamin supplements, as long as you do not take more than 5000 IU of Vitamin D per day.
