The Beast CREATure - 180 caps

The Beast® Creature 180 caps is a dietary supplement containing a potent Creatine complex to provide the body with the energy boost required to enhance lean body muscle growth, improve strength and speed up muscle recovery after an intensive exercise session. The recommended dose of The Beast® Creature 180 caps is three capsules taken approximately thirty minutes before a workout session, with a further three capsules to be taken at the completion of the session accompanied by plenty of water. It is suggested that on non-exercise days, three capsules be taken in the morning with a further three being taken in the evening.
